Neumetric is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity & security of personally identifiable information [PII], which can be any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
What information do we collect?
We collect, use & process certain PII confidentially & in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation [EU GDPR].Â
We collect PII about you through voluntary disclosure, registration process & use of our services or products & as provided by you or your Employer.
How do we use & share your PII?
We will ask you to provide us the limited amount of PII needed to provide a service or product to you or your Organisation. We may share your PII with Third Parties such as your Organisation, your Organisation’s Third Parties, your Organisation’s Subcontractors & our Subcontractors to provide our services or products.Â
Additionally, you may be automatically tracked & profiled by Social Media companies when you use our website or products depending on the specific services that we obtain from these Social Media companies as part of our Sales & Marketing functions. These aspects are usually controllable by you independent of our usage of their services.Â
We do not share your PII with any Third Party with the intention of financial benefit nor is the data shared with or sold to any Third Party in exchange for monetary compensation or other benefits.
Is your personal data kept secure?
If you are an Organisational User then we are governed by the respective Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreements that we have signed with your Organisations & the treatment & handling of your PII is governed by those obligations. All the personal data that we collect is hosted in a private cloud provided by an external Service Provider & we are bound with the respective confidentiality agreements with these Service Providers.Â
We take all appropriate technical & organisational measures to ensure the effective & secure processing of any personal data.Â
We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner & are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
What are your Privacy Rights?
Where we are a Data Controller, you have a number of rights in respect of your PII, including the right:Â
to request access to & copies of, the personal data that we hold about you.Â
to require us to correct the personal data we hold about you if it is incorrect.Â

to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to any of our processing activities where you feel this has a disproportionate impact on your rights.
